Elizabeth Smith
Elizabeth (Liz) supports the attorneys as a paralegal with over 32 years of experience with cases involving personal injury, family law, criminal and traffic charges, wills and estates, and real estate. Having worked for general practitioners in Leesburg her entire legal career, Liz’s familiarity with the Loudoun and other Northern Virginia court systems and practice of law is unmatched. Liz is a native of Loudoun County, a graduate of Loudoun County High School and Mary Washington College. She is the proud mom of three children, the youngest of whom resides with her and her husband in Western Loudoun.
Ashley Choyce
Ashley is one of the firm’s legal assistants with extensive experience in criminal, family law and other litigation. She has worked with the firm and local court systems for over 17 years. Ashley communicates with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts every day and maintains much of the institutional knowledge of the operation of the law firm. Ashley lives in Western Loudoun with her husband and three children.
McKinley
McKinley joined the firm as the receptionist in 2021. She has become an integral part of the administration of the firm as the first person a client speaks to or sees in the offices. McKinley’s firm duties grow daily as she takes onnew responsibilities relating to client case management. She was raised in Western Loudoun and has long term family ties to the county.
Jeanie
After a long career assisting local attorneys with real estate related matters, Jeanie joined the firm in 2022 as a part time paralegal. Jeanie completes all billing for the firm, assists the attorneys with the administration of estates and supports the personal injury practitioners. She grew up north of Leesburg in a large family, graduated from Loudoun County High School and Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN. Jeanie’s family consumes most of her spare time. She has three grown children and 7 grandchildren.
